People go to the internet to search for answers to their questions. They also surf the web to discover new artists, new ideas, new experiences. The search bar is the gateway to this world

of information; all you need to open the door is the keyword. I see my portfolio book as a collection of designs, waiting to be discovered. By using a search bar as my cover image and

in my chapter openers, I want to evoke a sense of exploration and discovery.
